My name is Maria Maletsika and I was born in 1978. I live in Larissa- Greece and I have been working as a German language teacher at a public gymnasium since 2001. I teach pupils at the age of 13-15. I have a Master’s in Didactics of German as a Foreign Language (Open University of Greece). I am also a senior student of a Master’s in “Counseling in general education, special education and health” (University of ThessalyGreece).

My special interests are in the psychosocial development of the adolescent, and in the prevention of bullying at schools. Therefore I have attended several seminars concerning the implementation of health education programs at schools. I have also participated in many European Projects, mostly in the area of education of any level. My computing skills include MS Office operation. I speak English and German fluently and I can also understand some Spanish and Swedish. I have been volunteering at the “Association of people with Multiple Sclerosis of Thessaly”. My hobbies are music, traveling and dancing
