Targeted competences to be developed: career planning­ career strategic approach, communication, assertive communication, practicing assertive answer, crisis management.
The development of these competences will trigger for the target group: raising the capacity to deal with emotions, react adequately in critic situation, discrimination. Also, through the provided career counseling services, the youngsters will be able to make conscious decision on their professional future, including raising the capacity to involve in professional activities after graduation and to contribute to the economic development of the community they live in.

Parents will participate together with the youngsters to non­formal workshops on career counselling and teambuilding where they will improve their parent­child relationships, develop the capacity of identifying the teenagers’ specificities and also improve the ability to handle potential conflictual situations.
